This 7 day tour will make sure you are fully immersed in Scottish culture, history, and food. As you begin your journey in Edinburgh, you’ll walk down Royal Mile and visit Edinburgh. Then you’ll feast your eyes on Loch Lomond and the Stirling Castle for those fairytale picturesque moments you’ve been waiting for. As you cruise along Loch Ness before walking through Urquhart Castle, you can breathe in deep that Scottish air and revel in the beauty of Inverness before you. Then, you’ll end your journey in the city of Glasgow for some shopping and city sights. Throughout this whole journey you can count of great Scottish hospitality, Scottish food delights, and of course the world famous Scottish Whiskey. This trip is the perfect mixture of relaxation and adventure in the beautiful setting of Scotland in three very different cities, each with their own characteristics for a whole amazing story to bring home.

Weather and Climate

England has mild temperatures, not much lower than 0° C in winter and not much higher than 32° C in summer. The coldest months are January and February while July is normally the warmest. Day 1 :Edinburgh

Arrive in the beautiful city of Edinburgh and get picked up by your private transfer to take you to your hotel with your assistant to help you with check in. At this time, you’ll also receive your welcome package. Get some Scottish bites in before relaxing in your room for a great night’s sleep to begin your journey.

Day 2 :Edinburgh

You’ll begin your journey with a half day walking tour of Edinburgh to see the historical Georgian architecture of the Scott Monument. Then, strolling through Royal Mile, you’ll catch both the Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. Then, visit St. Giles’ Cathedral and National Museum of Scotland. Lastly, your private driver will take you to Prestonfield House for dinner and entertainment.

Day 3 :Edinburgh

To see all the gems that Scotland has to offer, you will head on a full day tour to see the Forth Bridge and then traveling through Stirling you’ll be able to see the Wallace Monument and Stirling Castle from Castle Hill. Then, out on Duke’s Pass for views of the Trossachs Mountains and Loch Lomond. Then, finish the day with exquisite Highland Malt Whiskey at Glengoyne Distillery.

Day 4 :Edinburgh - Inverness

After your 3.5 Hour train ride to Inverness, you’ll depart on a walking tour of Inverness stopping at attractions like Inverness Castle which overlooks the River Ness, Inverness Cathedral on Bishop Road, the 18th century Old High Church on St Michael's Mount, and High Street for Victorian and Georgian architecture. It’ll be a day of sights that look straight out of a fairytale.

Day 5 :Inverness

Get on the Jacobite Warrior boat for a one hour cruise on the waters of Loch Ness where you can keep an eye out for the Nessie, a legendary monster. During the cruise, you’ll stop to get off and explore the ruins of Urquhart Castle as you learn about the Wars of Scottish Independence and its significance. After that, you can enjoy a relaxing ride home looking at the sights of the water before getting back to your hotel.

Day 6 :Inverness - Glasgow

After a 3.5 hour train transfer to Glasgow, you’ll go on a half day tour of Scotland’s greatest city, you’ll discover the Glasgow City Chambers for stunning Victorian architecture before getting some shopping in at Buchanan Street. Pass the 19th century Theater Royal and spot the Tolbooth Steeple and clock tower at Glasgow Cross which dates back to 1625 before arriving at the Glasgow Cathedral.

Day 7 :Glasgow

Make sure to eat some Scottish delights before getting ready to head to the airport for your flight back home. You are sure to be leaving with so many stories and experiences for a lifetime of the beauty of London and Scotland.
