Weather and Climate

England has mild temperatures, not much lower than 0° C in winter and not much higher than 32° C in summer. The coldest months are January and February while July is normally the warmest. Day 1 :Dublin - Belfast

Fly into Dublin airport and begin on a full day transfer to Belfast with stops at Newgrange and the Morne Coast. At Newgrange, you’ll see a Neolithic passage tomb which originates 5,000 years ago and the River Boyne where the Battle of Boyne took place. Then, you’ll stop at Newcastle to explore its sweeping beaches and golf courses before heading to Downpatrick which is the resting place of St Patrick and Inch Abbey.

Day 2 :Belfast

On this full day tour of Belfast, you’ll visit the old Cathedral Quarter which hosts St. Anne’s Cathedral near a waterfront where the RMS Titanic was designed and built in the early 1900s. In the city center, you’ll see Donegal Place an immensely important square with attractions like the Grand Opera House, the Belfast City Hall, and Lanyon Building of the Queen’s University. Then, you’ll end with a view of gardens in Belfast Castle Estate and Belfast’s Botanic Gardens.

Day 3 :Belfast - Donegal

On a scenic transfer to Donegal, you’ll first visit the Glens of Antrim for sweeping views of nine verdant valleys before heading to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Giant’s Causeway, one of the Natural Wonders of the World. On the way, you can stop at the Distillery at Bushmills and Dunluce Castle. If, you are looking for some adventure, you are also welcome to walk across the Carrick- a Rede Rope Bridge which hangs over the North Atlantic Ocean.

Day 4 :Donegal

Discover the Inishowen Peninsula and all its beauty to step into St Columb’s Cathedral in the 19th century Guildhall. For a change of scenery, you’ll visit Malin Head, Ireland’s most northern point to walk along beaches, lagoons, surfs in seaside towns and villages of Ballyliffin, Moville, and Muff. The highlight of the day though, will be Northburgh Castle in Greencastle built back in 1305.

Day 5 :Donegal - Galway

Along an all day transfer to Galway, you’ll explore the immense beauty of County Sligo, originally built around a Normal Castle, to catch the impressive Benbulbin, also known as Ireland’s Table Mountain. You’ll have the choice to see the Sligo Abbey ruins and Yeats Memorial Building before walking through the Carrowkeel Megalithic Cemetery. Your last stop is Yeats Country for romantic and beautiful lakes, islands, and waterfalls.

Day 6 :Galway- Dublin

Galway is known for its ambience and entertainment which you’ll see first hand exploring the Latin Quarter and Claddagh District, the origin point of the Claddagh ring which is an international symbol of friendship. Visit the charming villages of Spiddal, Barna, and Furbo, pass through the scenic greenery of the Midlands, and walk amongst the ruins of Clonmacnoise, before you arrive in Dublin.

Day 7 :Dublin

After a whole bunch of traveling and sightseeing, your journey ends in Dublin. Take the time to breathe in the city of Dublin, grab some English food, and get ready to board your flight back home to cap this amazing adventure.
